If I pay for an Engage plan on my Slido Account, will I be able to export data from slidos created by other users if I was given access to them?

We use standalone slido for groups of people in-person and remotely. We like the fact that it is easy for everyone to join. However, we started having a problem with people using inappropriate named for themselves. So, I need to be able to eject them. Is there a way to eject them during the event? Our current license is professional. But, if I needed to upgrade to get this feature, that would probably be worth it.

Typically, before every event we reset the results and Q&A, and the platform works seamlessly.However, during a recent event with over 400 participants spanning five days, we encountered an issue where it shows that we have exceeded the 1,000 participant limit. It appears that Slido registers each unique IP as a new participant, which led to this restriction. To address this, we duplicated the event and created a new one, but this resulted in multiple event links and fragmented statistical data, making post-event analysis challenging.Given our event structure, we use a single event containing over 50 polls, which are organized into different sessions. When I share the present mode as a host, instead of staying on the screen where it just shows the QR code (and give people time to join and setup), it immediately jumps into the first poll question with the QR code on the left side. How do I stop it from doing that?

I’d like to have a survey open and active for a week so that people can answer whenever they want. Is this possible?

I have set up different pools to obtain the perception from the public on each module of the training. These pools are part of one set and other trainers put together other sets of pools for their public too. The problem I see is that to make the related QR code work and direct the public attention to the right pool, I have to enter on slido and stop the previous pool and open the next one, every time. No one else can do it, but me. It is not worth it to have this inconvenience all the time. I would like to minister the same training to different groups of people, having the same training modules being presented on every training day and I would like to know their opinion on how the training was, without the need to go there every time and keep closing, opening, closing, opening… I would like them to be permanently opened to the internal public of my company during a long time, like a year. Is it possible to set up the pools on that way?

I would like to use slido for a whisky tasting event.People will get 6 different whisky's to taste and with ever whisky they can rate it.At the end I want to present the result in which one has the highest grade.Is this possible?

Hello, I’m new to Slido and considering intergrating it into PowerPoint to make a 90 minute speaking spot I’m delivering at an upcoming conference more interactive. First question -  can I run Slido solo and continue chatting to my audience of around 130 people?  Second question - is it correct I need two laptops to do so, one to connect my laptop with the presentation the audience will see and a second to run Slido. Third question - do you need two laptops if delivering a similar presentation online via Zoom. Many thanks 

Hi Community,could it be that the Teams integration is broken? When selecting "sharing" (freigeben in German), it opens a separate window, not integrated into the Teams meeting. What's more concerning is that the content displayed is my admin view, not the presentation view, which is quite frustrating during a live meeting. Just last week, it functioned perfectly.I already contacted Slido via contact form.Maybe someone else is facing this problem.It looks like this.Slido Teams App Version: 3.4.0 

Hi there,I’m having trouble logging into Slido through the Powerpoint for windows plugin. I click on the “login” button, it opens a browser (chrome) window, I login through the browser and get a “login success” message on the browser.Meanwhile, the plugin window on Powerpoint shows a spinning circle and “authorization in progress” but after about 10-15 seconds, it returns to the “welcome to slido” login window.Any help on troubleshooting this would be really appreciated.

Hi, I have added the add-on and extension from Google store. However, there is no option on the menu for extensions and add-on when I go to use it on Google Slides, nowhere to be found. Very frustating. Any tips? Thank youu!  

In the Slido basic plan you offer one quiz per Slido. What exactly does that mean, 1 quiz with multiple questions throughout the presentation or 1 quiz question only.  Thanks!

I want to use 5 slido polls ahead of an event to help shape the agenda. How can I have all the polls open at same time for a few days to allow participants time to complete?

Howdy, I have just paid for the one time plan for 7 days as I have a one-day event to use it on the 27th of Nov. I don’t need it to start until the 24th of November (to test it out for the 27th) but I’ve paid for it today. Can I please pause the upgrade until the 24th? Thanks 

I use SLIDO to conduct an assessment test at the end of my training courses. But participants often ask me, ‘Why don't we get our results immediately?’I can't use quiz mode because the questions don't advance automatically, and I can't set a timer because people work at different speeds.Do you have a solution?

It is the first time i use slido and i am doing some tests.yesterday i put the privacy settings so that participants need to enter name and email address (without passcode). all worked well. We tested, and participants could get in.Today i did the same test but the system is sending a code to the email address of the participant  who has to 1/go to his email 2/copy/paste the code to get inI don’t want that,why is this happening?thanks for your help

If I ask a multiple choice question at the beginning of my ppt presentation and then want to see if people changed their answer after the presentation, can I just copy and paste the original slido polling slide into the end of my presentation or do I need to recreate a new slido multiple choice slide using the same question? For the 2nd use of my question, I do not want to have the responses from the first time I asked it carry over.

What does it mean “My current plan” is "Webex”, compared to regular Slido pricing plans and what are the limitations? I am not able to find any definition for this.

Can a slido initiator go to participant mode using a mobile phone? I notice there is an option to do this via the desktop vesion of Slido, but I cannot find this option on my mobile phone.

We have an environment where instructors build out their Powerpoint presentations including Slido questions and polls.  They then go to various classrooms which each have a pre-configured MacOS device using a generic account that is configured to auto-login.  Configuration is managed by Jamf.  When they launch Powerpoint, Slido prompts them to log in, which requires multiple steps as they must go through the Log in with Webex workflow.  This is problematic, especially if they are coming in after another session that went right up to the scheduled time, or even over the scheduled time. Is there a way to configure these devices to be logged into the Slido Add-in with a generic account that is either shared between all rooms or individual for each room? Is there a way to have this login happen programmatically, so that if the session cookie expires or any other timeout is reached, it can be logged back in either by recurring Jamf policy or a Self Service+ triggered policy?

Hi, I’ve created a quiz and when testing the QR code it takes me to a page reading “there are no active polls at the moment”. The quiz is active and it works when using the Present button. But I would like to insert the QR code on a presentation deck and doesn’t seem to be working. Ideas? thank you.
