Hello, is it possible to use dependencies for questions?  For example, if the respondent answers Question 1 with A, they go to Question 2; but if they answer B, they skip to Question 3.

When I export data from a questionnaire to Excel, all my data is not organized properly. The data ends up in two separate sheets. Each sheet contains part of the information that I need to have together. I can’t easily integrate them because the data structures don’t match. How can I fix this?

How do I change the results presentation to stop Slido from sorting the results by the most popular response?  I want it to stop sorting responses by frequency of response.Thanks!

I have created my slido survey and want to add and change the order of some questions. On the left had side of the page, it does not list my questions.

Hi there, I recently purchased your monthly professional subscription, but meant to buy this as a one-off cost for an event. Please can you help me change this to a one-time payment?

I purchased a one-time plan, and I wanted to start over, so I deleted the plan I was working on, not realizing that the plan was activated on that particular slido. How do I go about reassigning my one time plan to a new slido? My plan was only active for about 5 minutes. Thank you. 

When I try to use ranking as an interaction in my slido I am unable to use it, the slide icon is greyed out and has a ‘crown’ symbol at the top right, see below I haven’t seen this previously, is this option no longer available?

Hello there, is it possible to prepare a quiz, and run it several times a day? It would be still the same quiz.We plan to use it on a 5 day conference so we assume it should run 10 times every day. My second question is, are we able to automate the start of quizzes (any API or such)?  Thanks in advance. Adam

If I create a Slido with the free version and then upgrade my plan, do you think the QR code for the Slido might change?

I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

Hi Slido, We would like to hide everything apart from the Live Video stream,We have switched back to the old interface and disabled polls, but the right hand pane just says ‘There is no live interaction at the moment.’ - can we remove this pane altogether just leaving the video stream? ThanksAdrian

Can Labels be made visible to the participants during the Q&A session? So participants could pre-select labels where they upvote available answers already?

HelloI created a slide presentation in August this year. I logged in again today and changed the slide dates from October 2024 to October 2025. I tried some minor changes in the presentation, but it's not getting saved. Do you have any ideas? Thanks. 

Is it possible to remove the “Congratulations!” slide that appears after I show the results of a quiz?

Some weeks ago I added two polls. Later on, I looked in the results and they were there. Today the two polls were not visible anymore in my overview! I want to add some verbiage on the slide that has the QR code for folks to ask questions, but everything I’ve tried does not work.  Is this even possible?

When I run ppt in presenter mode, I can see the Slido placeholder, but there is no way to activate the poll.  If I “present” from the Slido integration to start the poll, I cannot see my presenter notes while presenting.  How can I work around this?

Hi All,I’m a first-time Slido user needing to run a survey as part of a workshop. I’ve completed the survey but I want to be able to test it and see what users will experience without actually keeping any data collected.Is that possible?Thanks,Chris

Why isn’t there an option to automatically submit selected answers without having to click the “Send” button?This feels like a pretty basic feature, but I can’t find it anywhere. As it works now, if I select some options but don’t manage to click “Send” before time runs out, it’s treated the same as not answering at all. It would make more sense if, when time expires, the system automatically submitted whatever options were already selected.

How can I get my multiple choice options to appear in columns?  I have many so they are not all displaying on the screen, but there is room to show them in columns.  Thanks!
