Hi everyone, we use slido for training purposes. Sometimes the second trainer/facilitator is an operational manager who doesn’t have a slido licence. In the past it was easy to make that person a “co-host” in order to allow to start and edit polls. Will that be still possible? I understand there are some changes? Markus (from Germany) 

I’ve done up a beautiful Googles Slides presentation, however it all falls apart once I go into Present Mode.  Whenever one of my pages features a quiz question in Slido, my beautifully designed Google Slide isn't shown and instead get an ugly generic screen instead. Is there a way to stop this from happening? See my before (with the beautiful parchment background and gold frame) and then the after. 

What might be the problem that I have no longer an option to export results from SLIDO, there is no Analytics tab or Export tab?

I use the rating poll extensively for risk workshops.  I’d like to have something other than stars or emojis displayed (such as numbers or brief words).  Is that an option?

Is there a way to create a poll where I list a set of options to the audience, and I give them 100 points (the value is arbitrary) that they can assign to them in terms of what is important? They could assign all 100 to a single item, or spread them out among a few, etc.

I could use Slido for my Power Point however, suddenly I cannot use Slido for Power Point. We need to use Slido for tomorrow at our company Year End Townhall. Could you sort out this issue as soon as possible?   

Can both a PowerPoint and a live Q&A be visible at the same time? 

We have already set the Slido poll in the Powerpoint. The presenter wants to change the order of the slides. Will the Slido quiz move with the slide easily or does it affect the functionality of the Slido quiz?

HiI have a series of upcoming webinars sponsored and hosted by a government regulator. They do not use slido and IT are unwilling to ‘integrate’ the app.  Can I still use slido for my Polls Quizzes etc ?Also if there are more than 200 will it still work for the first 200 each poll?Thank you

Cant get the slido to SHOW in my PPT. have downloaded and ran.. where is it? 

For an event, we need to organize two Slidos to be launched in two separate rooms. I won’t be available that day, so we’ll only have one Slido account accessible. Is it possible to run two Slidos simultaneously on a single account? If so, how should we proceed?

How come we can still filter by ‘Starred’ in present mode but not by label? 

So, in Professional… when you create a Slido there is one link and one link only created.So, when you send it to your participants it’s all the same.But why when you put everyone’s email into Slido that is eligible to vote and you put all their emails into one email and you put the link into that email with all your other same information you need to get to those same conference attendees.  Why after I clicked on the link when received it took me to the page to enter the email and full name secure credentialing as it should and I submitted and then it said enter the code that was sent, and I went and found the code to that email address and entered it and it let that person of that email in.  And then I went back to click on the link expecting to start all over to enter the next email and name in the list and rinse and repeat.  But nooooo. It took me right back to Slido where I just was to the first person I had entered the information for.  So.  My client, my new client I have gotten

I often need to reuse an activity because I have multiple occurrences of a session throughout the year. If I create a Slido for the first event’s date, how long will that Slido be retained so that I can go and duplicate it at a later date? Does this change whether I have the Basic or Professional plan?

I’m looking to host a simple survey with a live audience and key people vote on their phones in a meeting. I’d like results to show in a screen likely casted from my phone. How best to do this? I’ll ask 15 questions mostly multiple choice or yes / no?

Can you please help me understand how I can also reuse a powerpoint presentation with a different slido? It says it’s beneficial for trainers or event hosts who want to reuse a single presentation with multiple audiences but use different polls each time. But I don’t understand how it works? I want to ask the same questions when I reuse the presentation, so the I’d want the different slido to be a duplicate of the first one?

How can I confirm if my organization has a data retention policy set up?

Hello,We held a Slido Q&A earlier this week and at the top of the question list, it showed the “Stan” label that could be selected to filter those questions.How do you enable this feature? We are setting up another Q&A and want to include this feature so that people can filter by label.  

Slido is randomly changing dates on both current and past Slidos. It makes them last for a week when they are created for a day. It changes the day after they have been set. Even when I go back in and change them and they are all correct on the dashboard, a while later some are changed again!?!Slidos that should be past are marked active and those that are active get the wrong dates.Anyone know what is happening and how to stop it from happening again?This particular group of Slidos are all being used through the PowerPoint integration which seems to be working perfectly.

Hi, I do not see any option to resize my logo to appear bigger. The texts also for joining are huge, the QR code and sponsor logos are bigger than mine. Please help.

I know my username but I don't know my password. It must be because I originally set up to login with Google.  But now I want a password in case I need to use another computer.  How can I get a password?
