Hi, we are running a conference soon. We would like to use Slido for the interactive sessions. There will be two sessions running concurrently in different rooms. What would be the approach in this instance? Create two Slido ‘events’ for each room and then use the multi room feature for the different sessions? Or would another approach work better? I look forward to hearing from you. 

We need to vote within our company for awards for our team members.  How do I create a 10 award questionaire where people can write in their votes for who they think should win each award?

I’ve been using Slido for in-person events for the last 1.5 years and I’ve used a few times for webinars. We’re shifting our approach to webinars to make them more interactive. In fact, they’re less webinar and much more of an engagement experience. That said, getting engagement can be hard even with in-person events (I know personally). We use ice-breakers to get folks familiar with Slido and that has worked well. Here’s our use case:We have an experience with 3 different challenges and wanted responses on a 2-3 questions for each challenge. Would 3x3 = 9 types of questions be too much in a 45 minute span?Does integration with Zoom work better when sharing slides? What’s the max number of questions or polling you’ve done in a 45 min online event with 100 people? This is with “prospect customers”, not an internal company event, so the stakes for a smooth execution are much higher. I’ll happily share what we end up doing and the results.Thanks,Peter    

Hello, i want to ask whats best use case for conference.We want use Q&A for every presentation, maybe with some pools integration.Is it necessary to make each one slidos separately (and then prepare and print login info + QR codes) or is there any other solution how to do it?Thanks in advanceMartin Z.

Hello - I checked in on my poll midway through its timeframe (Nov 28 - Dec 5) and saw 44 responses. It was a post-event survey. When I went today to access the data, it’s gone. Where is it?

Hello. I want to convert an activity that my learners currently do on flipcharts (in-person) to Slido, but I don’t think it is possible Does anyone have any ideas?I have a flipchart (or physical whiteboard) with  options (m/c) for them to mark how often they do something…. but it has 2 parts so that they see the results of the 2 (similar) questions side by side. We talk about the disconnect based on this. Another use I have is where I (virtual) display a graph (curve) and the participants annotate where they fall along the curve. Can you do this in some way in Slido (so this can be done in person)?Thanks!Daina

Hi all,I am trying to launch a survey/poll or a few questions and for the first time it will only launch one question. I’m not using it during a presentation, instead emailing it out to a a group for their feedback. In the past I believe I recall a “launch” button, however I don’t see it anymore.Can anyone help?Thanks 

Wondering if anyone has found a workaround now that they have removed the ‘assign session’ option with the new interface? We deal with hundreds of slidos per conference and use that feature to organize them per speaker.. since we trigger the slidos from a master machine it was very helpful from an organization standpoint. Any advice before I cancel my account? We would hate to have to introduce new software.

Using PowerPoint, how can I add a hard break in a Slido slide? Currently, when I hit enter, Slido ignores the line break and puts all the information in one paragraph.

Hello SLIDO-Team,… we would like to confront our pilots with four questions, each of which they should answer after listening to different audio information. The question is always the same:  How would you feel in your respective roles in this situation? - But the previously varying audio information would influence how you answer. The four questions should be answered by a group of co-pilots and a group of captains so that the results can be compared and visualized at the end. Answers should be possible on a scale from 1 (very relaxed) to 5 (very tense). It would be great to use a "touch function" on the participants' cellphones to enter a value between 1 and 5 every time they vote so that at the end you get a comparison of two groups for four runs. I’ve run an AGM a for a club, electing a new committee with multiple positions.  I used a ranked choice system assuming the system would calculate in “rounds of voting” and not use a points based system.  Is there a way to find the raw data with the participants initial choices? (Eg. 30 participants ranked choices.) 

I’ve created a quiz which consists of 5 rounds, and I need to reorder the rounds. I can only seem to move questions one at a time - is there a way to select multiple questions and move them all?

Hello,I am a member of multiple spaces. When in a PowerPoint presentation, how do I switch into the desired space in order to populate the PowerPoint presentation with the correct set of polling questions? In other words, I’m trying to set up my PowerPoint but am currently “trapped” in a space I don’t want to be in. How to I switch to a different space? I’ve logged out of the PowerPoint and Slido. Then, logged back into Slido and re-opended the PowerPoint. Again, the PowerPoint populated with polls from the wrong space.Thanks!

I paid for the one time event plan, but its telling me I can only make 1 quiz.  What am I doing wrong?

Slido is randomly changing dates on both current and past Slidos. It makes them last for a week when they are created for a day. It changes the day after they have been set. Even when I go back in and change them and they are all correct on the dashboard, a while later some are changed again!?!Slidos that should be past are marked active and those that are active get the wrong dates.Anyone know what is happening and how to stop it from happening again?This particular group of Slidos are all being used through the PowerPoint integration which seems to be working perfectly.
