I have two room options on my ranking question that I did not include in my question.  We are using Slido for a conference so many speakers have access to the same Slido account, so perhaps someone else did something to my question.  How do I change it so there is only one room? Currently, when participants  go to rank the items, they have to select a room first.  Any assistance or suggestions welcome. 

I am a co-organiser in a Teams event and recorded a session today where the Slido screen didn’t appear in the recording. I also presented a PPT slide deck which showed in the recording fine, however, when switching to Slido via Teams the screen only showed the organisers and attendees in the recording, no Slido. Is it possibly because I am not the host only co-organiser?

Hi! I wanted to create a quiz for the team but the answers are variable meaning depending on the answer of the person in question. Say I have options A or B but I will ask our team first if person 1 will choose A or B so I cannot give an answer yet. Is this possible in Slido?

Hi 👋🏻 I’m looking to add another layer of anonymity to my company’s Slido. I am the Owner. If we create an email alias that redirects to every employee, could everyone in my company just login with that (vs. their personal work email) to engage with our Q&As, Surveys, etc.? Backstory: We are focusing on addressing some pretty heavy topics over the coming weeks, and some employees are concerned that if they use their work emails to participate in a Q&A or Poll, then it’s not really anonymous. I’ve shared screen shots of the Analytics Owner View, for transparency, but I’d like to add another layer to ensure folks are comfortable. If the alias option isn’t feasible, any other ideas?

I’m organizing a TEDx event where there is 9 speakers. I’m using Slido to collect questions from the audience to relay to the speakers at the end of the event in a panel discussion. I would like to change the question to "Type your question and speaker to ask" 

HelloI've subscribed to your platform but I'm struggling to make it work for what I need to. We're hosting a launch party next week where delegates, at their leisure, will fill in a few poll questions. As far as I can see with this software this isn't possible. The only options are to have one question that everyone answers and then I manually move it onto the next question. This structure won't work for us. What I need to do is to have users, at their own pace, be able to answer all the questions. Is that possible?

I am a writing professor and have used the open text poll this semester to obtain student responses to various prompts.  Generally, my prompts are longer, including facts, analysis, etc., and do not fit within the open text poll itself.  I have used a couple of workarounds: (1) printing the prompt and then displaying the poll slide; and (2) displaying the prompt on a slide and activating the poll on my phone (then going to the results on the next slide).I was wondering if there was a simpler way to do this.  Am I ignorant of a way to activate the poll within PowerPoint without having to display the poll slide (or clumsily use my phone)?

Good afternoon,  Essentially what I want to do is to give my team an anonymous feedback centre where they have a safe space to communicate without being singled out for their opinions. Is there a way to create a Q&A session that has a longer time that 1 week - Is this included as an upgrade in any of the paid versions (I’m only using the free version at the moment). Thanks

Hi all, I want to use Slido as part of our marketing tool for following up with potential leads. We primarily use Webex to host our webinar. I can see that Slido has an option where the audience must put their name when joining slido which is great, but this cannot be re-enforced in webex webinar if the audience is using webex guest version. Is there a work around on this? We would like to capture our audience names.

Is it possible to poll in a classroom on a PowerPoint presentation in Zoom for point credit? I have integrated with PowerPoint, but not with Zoom. IT hasn’t given permission yet. I have made 5 slides, but I don’t know how to activate the slides with a QR code nor keep track of the correct/incorrect answers by participant. Will this require Zoom integration? 

Hi there; I have tried multiple times to add our company logo to our Slido presentation and for some reason it keeps giving me an error. I am using the proper format i.e. jpg, png and staying above 300 pixels. Any suggestions/

Hi. My organization has updated to the latest chrome browser (132) whereas slido seems to run on an older chrome browser 128. This is the reason slido is not working now in our PPTs where it was earlier used. How this can be resolved so that I can continue using slido in my PPT?

Hello there, Is it technically possible that someone external or a ‘bot’ could get into a Slido Link and then post Spam-Questions in a Q&A that was anonymous and only for a unique audience where the link was shared? Has anyone experience with that?  Many thanks,  Lu

How do i edit my presentation slides in slido 

Hi Slido, We would like to hide everything apart from the Live Video stream,We have switched back to the old interface and disabled polls, but the right hand pane just says ‘There is no live interaction at the moment.’ - can we remove this pane altogether just leaving the video stream? ThanksAdrian

For our purpose in workplace learning and using Slido capability in classroom learning to engage with the learners and gain insight to learning gaps throughout the learning session - implementing a quiz is valuable - without a leaderboard. Please consider changing functionality to include option to remove the leaderboard at the end of the quiz!The quiz allows greater data insights and has the timer functionality, which the multiple choice option does not have.  Don’t want to have to do extra work as a facilitator to double click to move on quickly from the leaderboard, or to have to interact with a screen to disable the quiz - just need a toggle on the quiz settings to remove the leaderboard, please.There have been many previous thread requesting this, can you please advise if this is something you are looking at updating?

I want to have an ‘always on’ Q&A so the company can be constantly asking questions as they arise. Is it possible to have a consistent Q&A session going with an engage profile? 

Hello, I have a logo with a black background and when in participant the surround is a grey/ faded colour. how do I get the banner behind the logo all black? 

I just purchased a Professional One time Plan, however when I log in and click on my profile it says the (name of my organization)’s organization BASIC. Is the professional not activated?
