Hi everyone!We recently noticed that the Q&A feature in Slido isn’t enabled by default in the new interface.For our organization, having Q&A on by default is essential, as it’s a big part of how we engage in meetings and events. I’m not very familiar with the technical side of things - can someone advise if there’s a way to set this up so Q&A is automatically on for all Slido sessions, instead of having each person enable it individually?

Hello. I want to convert an activity that my learners currently do on flipcharts (in-person) to Slido, but I don’t think it is possible Does anyone have any ideas?I have a flipchart (or physical whiteboard) with  options (m/c) for them to mark how often they do something…. but it has 2 parts so that they see the results of the 2 (similar) questions side by side. We talk about the disconnect based on this. Another use I have is where I (virtual) display a graph (curve) and the participants annotate where they fall along the curve. Can you do this in some way in Slido (so this can be done in person)?Thanks!Daina

The company bought an engage plan for me to use at the event, the invoice is available and appears as paid in my account, however, when I access my account it still shows the basic level. How do I upgrade to the engaged level after payment? It should have been automatic but it wasn't. Thanks

Hi!How can I have the QR code on Portrait screen, as it usually appears on Landscape screen? 

I just paid for event pricing. How does timing work, as my event is a week away? It is from the time of payment, or can I lock it in for dates of interest?

Is it possible to create a rating question from 0-10 or would this have to be a text based question?

I have been assigned as a guest to a Slido by my client so that I can create polls for his event. I have an account on Slido, which was invited by the client. However, whenever I log into Slido, I can briefly see the page of the assigned Slido account, but after 2–3 seconds, I am automatically logged out and redirected to the login page. How can I prevent this? I have tried using both MS Edge and Safari. 

Hi!  I have one event and two questions.  I’m looking for two different QR codes (They take you to each respective question).  We have a group of people but we want half to answer one poll and the other half to answer another poll within the same event.  However, the QR codes are not based off of the poll question but based off the event.  Is there a way to create different QR codes based off the poll question?  Thanks!

This is my first time using Slido for a client's event. I would like to do two things.We always have an open chat where you can post freely.・Would you please tell us how to do this in Q&A?If thats not possible, can I change the wording to something other than "Q&A"? (I want to call it "chat")?If it cannot be changed, are there any alternatives with different functionality? How do I activate my account?

I would like to still share my slide content while participants complete the slido and allow it to remain open until the next question. 

I created two slidos for one event and paid for one time only professionalWe have up to 700 users for one slido. according to Slido I can only activate 1 slido for one time only professional option. Then If I want to active both of my slidos, do I need to pay twice? The slido need to be activated in same day. 

I’m in a circular loop, where I try to open slido in powerpoint, I get prompted to sign in, I sign in, but still cant use Slido. Please help 

I've updated the Slido app and walked through all the steps and it seems like it’s installed the update, but when I re-open Powerpoint Slido keeps referencing that I need to update Slido. My internal IT says it’s not an issue on their side as it’s allowing me to update essentially without being blocked by IT admin rights. Please help!

I am using the free version of Slido for a powerpoint presentation I have to give March 24th. My slides are due by February 24th. Will the Slido still work on March 24th? If I purchase the one time event plan, will the questions still work on March 24th?Thank you

After I paid for a one time plan I found that the custom image for polls doesn't work.I use slido directly on the website.I’ve been trying to contact customer service for 5 days now and they did nothing.  

I would like to organise a quiz using Slido in PowerPoint. The participants are of different nationalities, so I would like to add the option to select a language at the start of the quiz, so that the questions are displayed in the selected language. The answers would still be counted together for the ranking, regardless of the selected language. Is this possible?

We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists. Would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.

If a question from Q&A is relevant, and we want to turn it in an Open text Poll, can this be done? 

I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

I have two Gmail accounts, and am trying to use one to integrate Slido polls into Google Slides. The extension appears, and when the sidebar opens both accounts show up. When, however, I select the gmail account I want to use, the button pops over to the other gmail account. Please advise.

Hello, can you create a quiz without having to reveal winners? Or can I create a regular poll with a correct answer? I want people to vote and see if they are right or wrong without having the big quiz ending. Thank you 

Hello everyone,I encountered some issues in a recent all-hands meeting. I created a multiple-choice poll on the Slido website and incorporated the slide into the PowerPoint file using the Slido plug-in. However, during the presentation, the main Slido slide displaying the question appeared initially, but upon advancing, it jumped to the next slide and not the one where it shows the live results, QR code / login details, etc. I suspect this might be related to the fact that I am not sharing my screen but rather uploading the PPT file. Can anyone provide insights into why this might be happening and if this is a workaround?
