Hello Slido Team,I reached out today through the chatbot regarding a full refund, but I haven't been able to find a resolution, so I'm following up here directly.I think Slido is a genuinely useful and well-made service. However, it doesn't include a feature that I need, so I'd like to request a full refund.(I'm currently subscribed to the Engage plan, which I understand is eligible for a full refund. )Could you please review this and process the refund?Thank you.

I would like to ask about participating in voting using phones outside my organization with Slido in PowerPoint. Today, I ran a rehearsal of my Slido Quiz integrated into PowerPoint, and it turned out that only participants who can log in with my company credentials can participate in the quiz. Is it possible to change this setting to allow other participants who cannot log in with my company credentials to participate in the quiz?

Has anyone been able to compare the results of one poll with those of another? For example, I want to collect the audience’s political affiliations in the first poll. Then, I want to ask them to select their top two values from a list. Then I want to show the percentages of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents who selected x value, y value, etc. I thought it would be possible in analytics, but I don’t see an option to break down the results or to filter.Thanks!

How do I load questions into slido on Webex for a group activity?

Hi there, I am trying to incorporate Slido into my Powerpoint presentation on my mac. I was able to do so for 3 slides but for some reason, some of the options (open text, word cloud) are greyed out so I can’t access them as an option for a 4th slide. Can you advise why that could be? I have several polls saved from the old Webex poll editor, can I use those in the new slido?

When I click … > Transfer > and enter the new email of the account I would like to transfer my Slidos to, it says “No Users Found.” This new account was created this morning.Can someone please tell me how long it takes to refresh their users list? I would like to have a game, without a live event, with a few questions (with multiple choice, one answer correct and the others wrong) with leaderboard so that I can see who, I mean the names of the player, played the game and the fastest one and the ranking. Hi there; I have tried multiple times to add our company logo to our Slido presentation and for some reason it keeps giving me an error. I am using the proper format i.e. jpg, png and staying above 300 pixels. Any suggestions/ 

When trying to insert a poll in PPT via the SLI.DO plugin, you first need to select an event. When you have lots of events this is a long alphabetical list without query or sorting options. Can a simple query be added or a selection based on a specific space? That would reduce the number of events and make inserting polls much easier for large events.

Hello there, Is it technically possible that someone external or a ‘bot’ could get into a Slido Link and then post Spam-Questions in a Q&A that was anonymous and only for a unique audience where the link was shared? Has anyone experience with that?  Many thanks,  Lu

I have two room options on my ranking question that I did not include in my question.  We are using Slido for a conference so many speakers have access to the same Slido account, so perhaps someone else did something to my question.  How do I change it so there is only one room? Currently, when participants  go to rank the items, they have to select a room first.  Any assistance or suggestions welcome.
