I want to higlight the question and show the answers in the presnetation moe. is that possible?

Is there a way for the poll insights to not display the the number of participants who responded to the poll? And also to not display the number of people who voted for each poll option? Displaying the percentage of people that voted for each option (as it does to the right of the option) is fine. Thanks

We have a poll as an interactive feature on our team internal website. We’d like to disable to Q&A feature when displaying this - as the Q&A is not something that would be actively monitored. How can we do this? Also - is it possible to disable access to the menu for participants? We’d like to avoid them going down a rabbit hole - when what we’d really like is for them to participate in a standing poll. 

I paid for a one time engage plan for a future date but then I deleted the event without using . I want to use the funds for the actual event, how to use the credits?

I have one event that is split into 2 cohorts over 3 days. I need to ask each cohort the same questions. Can I do this by just buying a once-off event?

hi- i have just upgraded my plan to  one-off plan professional for our upcoming event on Dec 13, next week. Unfortunatelly, it seems like the slido i’ve been working on under Basic plan got activated somehow, which means that i won’t be able to use this slido on Dec 13, becuase i understand that under One-off Professional plan, i can only use one slido which only last for 7 day.  Could you please fix this?

I am presenting a case as a powerpoint slide and need to ask the audience to respond to ‘What would you do’ question? There seems to be no way that I can include the case details on the actual Slido slide . It means I have to flick between the case slide and the (next) Slido slide to enable the audience to consider the case and respond to the question. Is there some way I can include the case details on the Slido slide?

Trying to make the launch button appear on the slide poll in zoom webinar, it works in zoom meetings but not zoom webinar.

I’m in a circular loop, where I try to open slido in powerpoint, I get prompted to sign in, I sign in, but still cant use Slido. Please help 

Hi all, I tried to access Slido from PC with using 7 digit code. Then, a error message “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now.”  came up and I was not able to access Slido. I can access the same slido from mobile phone using QR code. Would someone advise how I can access from PC?This problem happens only this time. I input the accurate code.I input the accurate code. Hi all, I want to use Slido as part of our marketing tool for following up with potential leads. We primarily use Webex to host our webinar. I can see that Slido has an option where the audience must put their name when joining slido which is great, but this cannot be re-enforced in webex webinar if the audience is using webex guest version. Is there a work around on this? We would like to capture our audience names.

I’d like to use slido for an event than I’m planning (so aim to purchase the one-time engage plan). One of the sections is a clinical audiit where participants vote on what they would do and then this is compared to the current “best practice”.Is it possible to show the results only on a following slide and have the “best practice” part side by siide?There are about 15 questions where participants vote. After each question, the current best practice is then shown and discussed before the second slido poll is presented. We are using Microsoft power point for this presentation.Thanks for any and all advice.

I ran a slido ranking poll with 18 participants. When I exported the report, it says that there were 31 participants and only 16 people participated. Why has the report decided that there were 31 participants participating? and how can I have the 31 changed to 18 to reflect the true figure of participants.  Following polls in the same session I ran had the correct information when I exported the results  Any help would be appreciated.

When I export data from a questionnaire to Excel, all my data is not organized properly. The data ends up in two separate sheets. Each sheet contains part of the information that I need to have together. I can’t easily integrate them because the data structures don’t match. How can I fix this?

If I am hosting a meeting in Zoom, am I able to vote in the poll I am presenting?
