Hi. I created an event and am using slido to collect information about people who will be attending. When they use the QR code, it takes them into the event / poll. But when they use the code it says “Sorry, there is no such slido active right now”. I’ve set the slido dates to be active from Jan 19th to Jan 28th, but the problem persists. They’re entering the code correctly because I’m doing the same on my cell phone.

I’m organizing a TEDx event where there is 9 speakers. I’m using Slido to collect questions from the audience to relay to the speakers at the end of the event in a panel discussion. I would like to change the question to "Type your question and speaker to ask" 

Hi Community,I want to build a kind of scavenger hunt. Teams of three people will walk around a large garden. At ten different locations they should answer one question. So I don’t want them to just stand somewhere without moving and answer all 10 questions. ;) I wonder how to set this up best. Can I create this within one event and give them QR codes/links/passcodes to each questions or do I have to create ten events each with one poll?Thanks a bunch for a hint!

We have a poll as an interactive feature on our team internal website. We’d like to disable to Q&A feature when displaying this - as the Q&A is not something that would be actively monitored. How can we do this? Also - is it possible to disable access to the menu for participants? We’d like to avoid them going down a rabbit hole - when what we’d really like is for them to participate in a standing poll.

Hi there, I am using Slido on my Macbook with Powerpoint for Mac and the Slido integration. When I do a multiple choice question and I select a correct answer in the question settings, the correct answer is immediately shown in the live poll (when I show the results “on click”). I would like to show the results of the audience first, without directly showing the correct answer. Actually I would to click again to show the answer. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, can you create a button like “show correct answer on click”? Thanks, Tim

Hi all, first time user and planning to use Slido at a conference in September.I don’t want to use the Slido powerpoint download as it will not be my presenting laptop on the day, and asking uncertain presenters to configure their own presentations would be difficult anyway.So, what is the best way for the presenter to ask a question/poll of the audience? Assume I have pre notification of the question / poll and have entered it in the event list already. Should I just ask the presenter to include the slido url on their slide that takes them to the slido poll?Thanks

Hi, I have 5 questions in a quiz and I would like the leaderboard to be reset after every question. Reason being, I would like to have 2 winners for every question asked.Is there a solution for the above? Thank you. 

I have purchased a „one-time engage“ plan ($60 for ONE event) from Slido for a survey with retailers.A few days beforehand, I have to test the survey completely with a team from my customer: The customer team should go through the survey in the same way as the retailers will do a few days later.My question: Does this complete test run count as a separate „event“ and does the „one-time engage“ plan (for ONE event) therefore expire? In other words, would I have to buy another / different plan? Or can I reset the results after the test run, possibly correct the survey according to customer feedback and then conduct the survey "again" a few days later - then with the correct target group?Many thanks in advance for any feedback!

Is there a limit to how many questions people can ask in my Q&A?

I have prepared several Slido polls, but when I share the slido link with participants, it is only showing one poll. After responding to the question, the participants are unable to go to the next one. Please help!

I’ve been using Slido to teach undergraduate courses for the past two years. Within the past two months, I have encountered errors almost every class where, while using Slido in my PowerPoint slides, a message pops up telling me that I need to sign in to Slido. I’m not sure how to stop this from happening. When this happens, I end up having to close the presentation, log in to Slido in a browser and reopen the presentation for it to work again. Undergraduate students do not always have the best attention span, so this can be very disruptive. Leaving that browser open and running in the background did not solve the problem, so I’m not sure what else to do. Suggestions anyone? 

Hi all, I want to use Slido as part of our marketing tool for following up with potential leads. We primarily use Webex to host our webinar. I can see that Slido has an option where the audience must put their name when joining slido which is great, but this cannot be re-enforced in webex webinar if the audience is using webex guest version. Is there a work around on this? We would like to capture our audience names.

Where can I download the latest MSI installer ? NOT THE EXE

I have different polls and quiz questions in different slidos and I want to use some of these questions in the same slido or powerpoint. How can I do it? I can’t find the way. Only can use 1 slido in a powerpoint at a time, so I want to create a new slido combining the questions I want from the different slidos but with the option “duplicate” I cannot migrate the question to another new slido. Can you help me?

Under the multiple choice poll question, can participants type in their response if I include an option for “others”?

How do I export survey results? I can see how I live present results, but can’t figure out how I can export / non-live sharing of results.

We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists.
