Hi there, I recently purchased your monthly professional subscription, but meant to buy this as a one-off cost for an event. Please can you help me change this to a one-time payment?

I am signing in to my Slido via my computer today.  Tomorrow I will be giving a presentation from someone else’s computer. How do I access my slido account?  Do I need my password, or simply my email? 

How do I stop presentations going to full screen when using PPT and presenting through Slido?When I’m delivering training in Teams (I’m an external trainer), the PPT presentation goes to full screen which means that I can’t see chat or the people in the meeting.  How can I stop it doing this?

I’m on the free plan and want to create a quiz, but am unsure if enough people will be able to join

Hello there, Is it technically possible that someone external or a ‘bot’ could get into a Slido Link and then post Spam-Questions in a Q&A that was anonymous and only for a unique audience where the link was shared? Has anyone experience with that?  Many thanks,  Lu

We did a SLIDO a few days ago, and when it was running we could see all the answers - maybe like 20.  Now when we go back there are only a few.  What happened to them and is there a way to get those responses back?

How many participants can join my slido on the free basic plan?

I am using slido in a powerpoint and put the deck in presenter mode to test. The powerpoint shows that the poll is active, however, I cannot scan the QR code and when accessing the poll using slido.com and the code provided, I get the message, “Sorry, there is no slido active right now”.Thank you for your help in advance!

I want to know as a free plan user, how many participants can online live polls hold?

Hi there, I am going to be purchasing the enterprise option and will be setting the anonymity to default - always stay anonymous.Is there a way that the admins (me) could still track who answers polls and Q&As without other attendees seeing this information?  Essentially, we’d like to be able to track a participant’s responses and activities throughout the conference and in pre and post event surveys without any other participants seeing the names.  Thank you

Our questions were set to anonymous but I need to identify who raised one - how can I do this?

How do I export survey results? I can see how I live present results, but can’t figure out how I can export / non-live sharing of results.

Hi, We’re running a roundtable event soon that will have two distinct stakeholder groups present in the room. We want to pose a similar, but slightly different, question to each of these stakeholders and then show the results of these questions in two words clouds displayed side by side. Is it possible to do this with the Slide Powerpoint integration or even just in standalone Slido? Many thanks.
