Hi all! First of all, let me introduce myself: I’m Jacob, a Slido CSM based in Mexico City. 👋I’ve been asking my clients this question and I’ve gotten some pretty amazing answers so far: what is the most amazing scenario you can imagine for your organization + Slido in 2024?One client responded that they hope that Slido becomes a key and equal partner in their key HR strategy. For them, the most amazing scenario involves Slido being used regularly at team retrospectives and regular, small meetings to support discussion and improve communication. Another client had a very different idea: GIF submissions in the Word Cloud poll! For them, being able to submit GIFs would be a fun and very engaging way of expressing opinions and moods in the Word Cloud. If a picture is worth a thousand words, maybe a GIF is worth a million?Anyway, back to you, Slido champions! What’s the most amazing scenario you can imagine for your organization + Slido in 2024?

Has anyone had issues with google slides where the menu bar that appears does not load, but keeps giving errors saying to reload again? Or that when you present the videos do not work when presenting with Slido? help!

How can I have multiple questions in one poll?

I´ve created my first survey, that still active, 8 people already answered it. However, when I tried to download the results, the column is showing zero results. Am I doing it correctly? I trtied to download per participant and  also the joined results. Some questions are open and others ranking questions. How should I download it correctly and interpret the items? Thank you.

Hello,I want to ask a question without correct answer. How can I do that ?

Good morning,We are in the process of migrating our IdP platform, and as a result, I need to change Slido's SSO federation.Checking the platform, the configuration is relatively simple; however, to set up a new federation, the old one must be disabled. My concern is that by disabling it, I might lose access to the platform. How can I ensure that username and password login is functional before disabling the currently active federation?

I’m curious how the ‘last activity’ of a member is measured.  Is that based on log-in, creating a Slido, or something else?Is there a detailed log of activity?

As I work on my quiz the program will suddenly fail and I’ll get a “Leave” or “Cancel” option. It doesn’t matter what I do, the program is gone and I have to log back in. Whatever question I was working on is gone and sometimes multiple questions are gone. This happened 4 times, 3 times last night and now again tonight.

I have tried to implement Slido from a cisco navigator macro, and it opens a webview component with the Slido content but says “trouble loading this page”. I have webview enabled in settings and started the interaction in the Slido portal. Is there something I am missing to make this work?

I am signing in to my Slido via my computer today.  Tomorrow I will be giving a presentation from someone else’s computer. How do I access my slido account?  Do I need my password, or simply my email? 

Hello,I am needing to have a daily poll done for a 12-week project. I have the dates made appropriately to last the full 12 weeks. The problem I seem to have is I am not getting the capture of the daily poll? The staff is tasked with scanning the QR code that is printed off and reports they have been doing it for the past 2 days. I go to export the data and only have 2 responses. Am I doing something wrong or is it even possible to do a daily check with one slido for 12 weeks?

Hi, I integrated Slido into a PPT presentation for a 50 participant in-person meeting last week.  When it was time for everyone to connect, several attendees got a message saying “this code has been consumed” and could not log on.  Given I have the “Engage” paid plan that allows for at least 200 participants, why did this happen?  Thanks!

Haven’t found a way to print survey questions as a back up if live system failed or wifi goes out. Is there a way to print as a list?
