Hi everyone, I want to remove the option for participants to answer anonymously for a certain Slido event. I understand that I will need to opt for the Professional or Enterprise accounts. Can someone please confirm whether the Professional account ensures the default setting of participants to “Always Require Name” thus only being able to answer by name/identity or does it still provide participants the option to be anonymous? 

I was just wondering if there is a way to format text inside the slido questions.  For example, if I’d like something to appear as bolded and underlined, is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I am going to be purchasing the enterprise option and will be setting the anonymity to default - always stay anonymous.Is there a way that the admins (me) could still track who answers polls and Q&As without other attendees seeing this information?  Essentially, we’d like to be able to track a participant’s responses and activities throughout the conference and in pre and post event surveys without any other participants seeing the names.  Thank you

Hi team,Previously I have been using Slido to create event questionnaires for our events in mainland. But today, I found that I cannot access the survey from mainland - cannot open the joining link or slido.com from mainland. Is Slido blocked by the firewall? Hope the team can help fix this issue - for example, any China friendly link? Thanks a lot!

Where can I download the latest MSI installer ? NOT THE EXE

Hi.  We would like to use the word cloud in our live event with 500 people. And, if we receive poisonous responses, we want to immediately find and delete them. If 500 people start to send responses at the same time, what is the effective way to quickly find poisonous answers (especially in case there are many poisonous responses) and delete them? Does the moderator see the new response at the top so the moderator should check each new response as each of 500 people sends a response? It might be difficult for one moderator to do it, so, should we arrange 2-3 moderators to check each new response/delete any poisonous response? Or could you pls advise any efficient way? Thank you   

We are pulling first name, last name and email into our Slido embed and our users are getting a verification email when joining the session. Is there a way to turn this off? It is really annoying and not necessary for our purposes.

Dear Team,I have used Slido once before and found its integration into PowerPoint excellent. Now, 7 months later, I want to use Slido again, but this time with three multiple choice questions and one word cloud. I’m having trouble adding another multiple choice poll. I am using the same ppt I had used in the spring. Can you tell me, whether I can integrate the above mentioned in the free plan? Best, Sophie 

Is there a way to turn off the “voting” on questions … where participants give a question a thumbs up or down and that changes then the order of questions showing. We would like a session where moderator has full control over what questions get answered, without regards to number of thumbs up or down. Thanks! 

Hi Everyone,  I have downloaded Slido for google slides, but when I create a new deck go on add-ons, I cannot select Slido for Google Slides.I don’t know what to do, I tired on Chrome and Safari and the same thing. (I use a Macbook FYI).  Any ideas on what I can do ?  Thanks !Marion  

Hi everyone, we’ve just started using slido and I’m struggling to make it work the way our previous poll tool did.We use polls to track our shared computer systems, each person votes on a IP and others can see which user is also using that system and can contact them to prevent data destruction or interference.I’ve gotten Slido to display the poll but users cannot see who has voted on which IP.  They just see a number.  I think this works in reports but I can’t generate 50 reports every day for everyone.Is there a way to guarantee users can see other user names and what they voted on?

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.

Hey everyone,I tried to create a survey, but struggled to add more than one question. Isn’t a survey supposed to be multiple questions or polls presented together? Have I missed something? How do I add more questions to a Slido survey? Sorry if it’s obvious 🤷

How do I export survey results? I can see how I live present results, but can’t figure out how I can export / non-live sharing of results.

I have a red exclamation mark appearing in my powerpoint, I have logged into my account which was sucessful and it tells me to open powerpoint but the exclamation mark still appears.  I have uninstalled and re-installed, but still having the same problem.    Slido is enabled, I have checked that.  Is there anything I am missing?

Hi, I have added the add-on and extension from Google store. However, there is no option on the menu for extensions and add-on when I go to use it on Google Slides, nowhere to be found. Very frustating. Any tips? Thank youu!  

A colleague asked a question that I could not answer.  Maybe some of you who are both Teams Guru and Slido Guru can tell me. How is Slido better to use than Teams or the built-in Teams feature? Apparently you can ask questions anonymously in Teams as well.  Thank you for your insight!!

Hi! Is there an option to select multiple correct options in a quiz but if the participant chooses any option the answer will be correct? I currently just know how to make them all required for the question to be correct. Thank you!

Hi, I am testing to set up a vote for a club. I just came across a problem which I haven’t solved yet.I read, that it is not possible to vote twice if-you use the same e-Mail address “in the same browser” (on the same device), but: if you use it on another device, I think, I was able to vote twice with the same e-mail address.  I limited the access to only two e-mail addresses in the Slido Settings, one was mine, one of a colleague. My two mobile phones share Multi-Cards and the access code was sent to both of them to g-mail address. Both seem to share the same g-Mail account. Both received the mail. (while SMS to my knowledge only goes to one of the smartphones.And with that I was able to vote twice, one time on each device. (there are two allowed e-mail addresses in my current Slido, but now 3 counted votes)Now I also tried, to vote again on my PC (Laptop) device on which I also started the Slido Poll. And this vote was not identified as a new one.  Is there a solution for this?     

I have a long quiz. If I show the leaderboard every 3rd question and one at the end. Does each one build on the others so they are accurate results through to the end?

Hi all, first time user and planning to use Slido at a conference in September.I don’t want to use the Slido powerpoint download as it will not be my presenting laptop on the day, and asking uncertain presenters to configure their own presentations would be difficult anyway.So, what is the best way for the presenter to ask a question/poll of the audience? Assume I have pre notification of the question / poll and have entered it in the event list already. Should I just ask the presenter to include the slido url on their slide that takes them to the slido poll?Thanks
