Hi!So I know that participants can send in questions anonymously...but how do I stop everyone from seeing questions that have been asked? I’d like them to only see their own submitted questions.Thanks!

I was just wondering if there is a way to format text inside the slido questions.  For example, if I’d like something to appear as bolded and underlined, is there a way to do this?Thanks in advance!

Hi team,Previously I have been using Slido to create event questionnaires for our events in mainland. But today, I found that I cannot access the survey from mainland - cannot open the joining link or slido.com from mainland. Is Slido blocked by the firewall? Hope the team can help fix this issue - for example, any China friendly link? Thanks a lot!

How do you delete/hide the Leaderboard after a quiz round? (It automatically populated and doesn’t have a delete function in the three buttons to the right. 

How do i format in the question when i want a space between sentences (line spacing)   for a question in the present mode… Seems like on the editing screen, I can do that, but when it goes to the present mode and live survey, all the spaces and sentences are crunched together.   This is urgent.   Thx. Is there a way to get notifications whenever a new question is posted? Use case is when Q&A is being used to collect questions over an extended period of time; not just during a short, one-time event. Thanks!

Dear Slido Developers,I have created some quizzes with Slido and would like to share them with my students. Can I do that in a way so students can complete the quizzes on their own time and at their own pace?Many thanks in advance!

Just activated the new Slido layout and I can no longer disable polls. How do I turn off polls completely? I only want Q&A to be displayed for my audience. I do not want to see the Polls tab at all. Right now under the Polls tab it says “There are no active polls at the moment” then there’s a button that takes you back to Q&A.   

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.

Hi,If i have around 150 participants participating in a quiz. Would there ever be a scenario where there would be a tie for quiz winners? (ie. right answer and same speed to answer) And would there be a way to avoid that?

I have set up a full training course with Slido events. I now want to reproduce each Slido event with the same polls to redeliver the course, but keep the original slidos. I feel that this should be easy, but can’t see how to do it. Any help is appreciated.

With basic - it says only 3 polls per event.  So does that mean after 3 Slido slides I can’t use it anymore unless I upgrade to the next level?  Silly question, but I’ll ask anyway - each presentation you run you can have up to 100 participants (if you’re on basic)?  So if I have two presentations in a day - each could have up to 100 participants is that true?

Hello everyone,I have purchased the one-time professional plan.I will be hosting an event and plan to use Slido for an ice-breaker quiz.  Is there a way to play a video at the end of each question (after the correct answer is revealed)?  I need to play a different (already recorded) video at the end of each question.  I hope this makes sense :)  Thank you!

Can i put out a quiz that people can take “on demand”?  I’d like people to take the quiz before or after our meeting, and not during it.  Can i create a quiz and “launch” it and let people take it when they want?

This is my first time using Slido..I’m super excited. I entered my 8 poll questions and then wanted to integrate them into our presentation. We will be using a Teams platform for our event, but we have a PowerPoint presentation to intersperse between the questions...how do I do that?

Hi, is it possible to copy and paste the possible answers to a multiple choice poll from an Excel sheet into Slido?

We are pulling first name, last name and email into our Slido embed and our users are getting a verification email when joining the session. Is there a way to turn this off? It is really annoying and not necessary for our purposes. 

When displaying the results of a multiple choice poll, the choices and bar charts do not resize to fit the screen, and I have to scroll through the results. It doesn’t make for a clean presentation when you are displaying them on a screen.  Is there any workaround for this? Thanks!

What do participants see if they’re trying to access a slido, but we have already reached the participant limit?I’m looking to purchase a one-time plan for an event with an audience of around ~1000 people, so the Professional plan would be a good fit. However I’m concerned about maxing out and having people locked out the slido.Thanks!

Hi, I can’t find a way to use a poll in several different slidos. I can duplicate them, but then I just have two polls in the same slido and that doesn`t help me.What can I do?

We have been informed that individual events would exceed 1,000 participants (we have the PRO subscription). However, we know from our registrations for these events and from simultaneous video stream embedding analytics that the numbers are much lower. Like 4 to 5x times lower. We would now like to understand where these massive discrepancies come from.First, we would like to confirm how you count “participants.” Our understanding is that it refers to views of the embeded slido in different browsers or on different devices? This means that opening another tab in the same browser, reloading the website, or closing and re-opening it in the _same_ browser does not result in it being counted as a “new participant.” In contrast, opening the website on a new device, using a different browser on the same device, or changing the cell tower on a smartphone or maybe even changing Wifi-Networks(?) would all result in a new participant being counted. Can you confirm this, or is there something in

Originally using the free version of slido, now there is a need to upgrade to engage. If I purchase a one-time plan for engage, can I upgrade the old event directly, or is it limited to a new event? thanks
