Having issues with slido, not being able to access it on our P&G phones by scanning the QR code (keeps returning to the SSO page (Single Sign On). only able to access it when entering the actual code. Any guidance on how to solve this?

would it be possible to approach our support@slido.com team with this case? They would be happy to take a look. Ideally also share with them the QR code which you are sharing and the event code of the event.
