Are we able to run the quiz without showing the correct answers?

I'm enjoying using the quiz option on Slido. But, is there a way to not reveal the answer for every question?

We have a quiz in for tomorrow but don't want people to know whether their answer is correct until the leaderboard.

Hello, @Niles Smith,

Skipping the correct answer after each question in a quiz is currently possible manually only.


Here’s how it works in admin:

  1. Activate and start the quiz
  2. Let people join your quiz
  3. Once everybody’s in, activate the first question
  4. Click the blue button to show the results - you’ll see how participants voted
  5. Jump to the next question.

This is how we tested it in Admin mode using both the Participant mode on the left and an additional mobile device for the second participant:


Useful tip: If you set up the timer, the results will show automatically - without a need to click the blue button. 

 

Please note, that for quizzes run directly via the Present mode or in your presentation (PowerPoint or Google Slides), these steps wouldn’t work just by clicking “next”. You’ll always need to run the quiz from Admin to be able to bypass the original flow.
