Can I hide participants’ names and total number of participants on quiz joining screen?

I need to be able to hide the audience names and the count of the number of audiences on the waiting screen of the quiz before it starts

In fact, just add the ability to hide the names and number of participants for the quizzes. That is one feature that is missing!

Please do let me know soon as I could not find any answers or questions related to this

Hi @legitaxes,

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. I’ll make sure to submit it as a feature request to our product team!

Depending on the type of quiz that you’d like to run, you can try leveraging our survey function.

There, your participants can vote in the questions anonymously and you can also hide the vote and participant count.

However, your participants will see all the questions at the same time, will have to vote and submit all their answers at the same time - not one by one like in a quiz, and there won’t be any leaderboard at the end.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help with!

I need to be able to hide the count of the number of audiences on the screen of the quiz .

Hi @Ganesan,

To get rid of the number of people who joined on the first quiz screen, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Care at support@slido.com and they can do this for you.

If you’d like to hide the number of people who have answered each question as you run the quiz, you can do this yourself -

Go to Settings > Features > Live Polls > Vote counter. If you toggle off the Vote counter, your quiz won’t show how many people have answered each question on your Present mode or on Participant view. You’ll only be able to see this number in your admin.

Please let me know if this helped or you need more assistance 😊
