I didn’t know I cannot erase my polls and surveys from the list during my live event, the thing is I did that so i didn’t get confused with the questions… I played my poll, and then stoped it and then erase that question and so on… now I don’t have the Metrics and results of 3 days of my love event, my client is so mad… can i recover that information?? Is there any chance?

Our awesome Customer Care team can restore content that is no older than 2 weeks.
Please reach out to support@slido.com and provide them with the event code of the event that these polls were originally in, and let them know you’d like to restore them.

One of our team have accidentally deleted our quiz questions whilst being tasked with moving them from Quiz to Multiple choice. Is there any means of retrieving the deleted questions as we are due to present tomorrow morning. Are the support team able to gain access to the deleted questions?
