Is there any way to do this without contact the support?

I have checked this with our finance department and as we do not store credit card information there should be no need for contacting support when entering a different credit card.
We also do not have auto-renewals in place so when renewing it will ask for a credit card information anyway.
In case you have experienced this with Slido directly could you please share with us how you tried to pay? Was it a first time payment or a renewal? I could then share it with our finance department.
