We would like to pre-collect questions and also allow people to vote for questions before the actual live event date. Before the live event date, we would like to allow people to send a question anonymously. But, once the actual live event starts, we want to disable the option to send a question anonymously. May I assume it is possible by enabling the setting of anonymous option until the actual event starts and then, disable it right at when we start the actual event?

Yes, you’re right! You simply need to enable anonymous questions before the event and then once you’re ready to start collecting non-anonymous questions, just disable the option to send in anonymous questions in settings.
