I am starting up my first quizz and I was wondering… I need to have three times the same question (or close). Can I ducplicate question 1 into question 2?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to duplicate questions within a quiz. At the moment, it is only possible to duplicate a whole quiz but not individual questions.
It is definitely on our radar for product improvements, however, we don’t have an ETA on this feature yet.
So, for now, copy + pasting the text is your best option.

Just came across this question.
It is really hardly understandable why this function has not been included in the first place!
It is thus not possible to build a flexible question database that you can turn into quizzes? Once you’ve built a quiz, you’ve locked up the questions in that quiz and can only manually re-write them in, let’s say, a “merged” quiz that includes quiz questions from a previous quiz? That takes HOURS!
Only solution I see is to create every single question as an MC poll and merge them into a quiz or is that also not possible?
It is a sad tendency of our time to launch products before they’re even half-baked after a couple of latte planning sessions in a co-working space. No offense, but I cannot see how a crucial and simple function such as question duplication could have been overlooked upon product planning.

Thank you for your feedback, I have passed this on directly to the team that deal with this.
There are no plans to implement this in the future so the current workaround of manually copying and pasting to duplicate questions is still what we recommend. The other alternative, is to use our templates feature, where you can access previous quizzes run, but not singular questions.
