Can the Polls-per-user*.xlsx be downloaded automatically or via GAS instead of clicking through each export question?

At the moment, you cannot export automatically but if you are the account owner you can export results for multiple events at the same time - here’s the tutorial. You should also be able to see the results of all polls in the event when you export Poll results per user.
