I wanted to create a survey where based on the response provided for all questions (10-12), I need every participant to be categorized into 4 levels. After submitting the response, I want to let them know which category do they fall under after submitting the response. Is this feature available in Slido? Can someone help pls?

We do not have a feature like that, I’m sorry!
Our Survey is a simple combination of our polls, mostly used for getting feedback form the audience or activating more polls at once for them. It cannot categorize based on results.
You might want to look for a tool that specialize on surveying, where they have more complicated solutions when it comes to Survey feature.
