I can't change Slido account on PowerPoint

Hi there, I have a PPT that was using a Slido account. I have removed those slides and wanted to use a different account.  But I can’t seem to update it. When I log in with the new account in Slido I get this message on my PPT slide!  If I click Request Access, nothing happens. I assumed I would get an email.

Hello @GregC,

Thank you for sharing this with us also with the screenshot. Would it be possible for you to remove all Slido from your current presentation and then copy and paste your Powerpoint Slides to a totally new Powerpoint presentation? 

Then with the new powerpoint presentation please try to connect it with your Slido account again.
