I am trying to set up a survey for participants and I want them to automatically be sent to another url upon hitting the send button. Is there a way to set that up?

Sending your participants a URL after they complete a survey is not possible, but you could add this URL as an external link to your event. Alternatively, you could insert it into the poll description of your last poll or even add an open-text poll at the end of the survey with the URL in place of the question.
