When opening Slido n my PowerPoint i see the folowing notice:
You're using an outdated version of Slido. Please update as this version won't be supported after March 31.
How to update - can’t find any link or button or whatever

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble here.
Could you try downloading and reinstalling the add-in for PowerPoint?
This should then update your Slido 😊

In large corporates like ours nomal users can’t just update anything - all has to go through IT-dept.
