Student takes quiz, but not showing up on leaderboard

Hello, does anyone know the solution for this problem?  One of my students has been taking quizzes on her cellphone with her classmates, but unlike the others, her name does not appear on the leaderboard afterwards.  She sits right in front and I’ve watched her sign up and take the quiz, yet her name and score is missing from the leaderboard.  How is this possible?  Any ideas?  Thanks,

Hey @Professor J ,

The leaderboard in Present mode displays 5 participants with the most correct answers and fastest response time. By default, it's displayed after all the questions have been answered.

Do you have more than 5 people participating in the Quiz? When you export the results do you see them show up in the exports with their responses?

Thanks.  The Leaderboard has been displaying all of my participating students - about 30 or so, except for this one student. I don’t export the results, I’m just clicking on leaderboard to see the results after the quiz is finished.  Also, even though she signs up, inputs her name, and takes the test, her name does not show up with all of the other students taking the test.  How is it possible for her to sign up and take the quiz without the system recognizing or displaying her name?  I can’t figure it out.
