Hi there,I’m having trouble logging into Slido through the Powerpoint for windows plugin. I click on the “login” button, it opens a browser (chrome) window, I login through the browser and get a “login success” message on the browser.Meanwhile, the plugin window on Powerpoint shows a spinning circle and “authorization in progress” but after about 10-15 seconds, it returns to the “welcome to slido” login window.Any help on troubleshooting this would be really appreciated.

I have set up different pools to obtain the perception from the public on each module of the training. These pools are part of one set and other trainers put together other sets of pools for their public too. The problem I see is that to make the related QR code work and direct the public attention to the right pool, I have to enter on slido and stop the previous pool and open the next one, every time. No one else can do it, but me. It is not worth it to have this inconvenience all the time. I would like to minister the same training to different groups of people, having the same training modules being presented on every training day and I would like to know their opinion on how the training was, without the need to go there every time and keep closing, opening, closing, opening… I would like them to be permanently opened to the internal public of my company during a long time, like a year. Is it possible to set up the pools on that way?

Hi Community, I have recently downloaded the Slido plugin for Power Point. I cannot seem to get Ideas to work in Power Point, can anyone confirm if they are using this please and if so what I am required to do to enable. I am running a workshop where I plan to ask the audience for a list of ideas and then rank their priority, using upload and down vote features. I do not wish to use a predefined lists of responses for voting against. Many thanks Question1234

I have a Slido Questions (Q&A, Word Cloud, MCQ, Open text Q, Rating) PPT lecture that i used last year in a course. I would like to reuse that PPT lecture this year. I do not know how to clear (remove/delete) the answers from last year. I pressed “reset slido” but that did not delet the answers from last year. Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reset this PPT so that I do not need to redo this work. Before I purchase a paid plan, I wanted to clarify how co-host functions. Here is my scenario: Bob purchases a Slido ‘Engage’ plan, invites co-hosts Mike and Sue for a particular slido event.Neither Mike nor Sue need to purchase anything.Mike creates his own powerpoint slides and slido polls, after accepting co-host invite.Sue does the same… builds her own slides and polls, accepts co-host invite.Bob, Mike, and Sue can all present their own powerpoint from their own laptops, all utilizing the same slido code for audience to login.Bob, Mike, and Sue don’t really need to see the other’s presentations, or care about the others’ slido polls. We just want to share the code basically.Is this accurate?

Slido for Windows v1.15.0.6311 (Support ID 01026386) 3-18-25 This morning I had to reload and log in differently for SLIDO.   Now the Slido Log in does not appear in Power point.   Under Add Ins it shows as loaded and working. 

Wondering what happens to presentations that had slidos embedded via the plugin after I revoke the member status? What happens if I make them collaborator or eventually a member again, and redistribute an event?

Dear community, The slides are blurry when using "Present with Slido" in Google Slides on Safari.This does not impact slides generated by slido. Thus, I suppose the problem is not connected to Safari browser. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thank you 🙏

I keep trying to hide results on my polls, but it switches off when I move to the next question.  

Hello,I try to use Slido with Powerpoint.I created a Survey and I’m wondering if there is a possibility that the survey questions are displayed on screen after I open the slide.The only thing I’m able to show is the title iof the survey.Or do I have to show the slide with the survey questions and run Slido from outside Powerpoint (either with Slido Switch or from the Slido admin) ?RegardsPascal

If I pay for an Engage plan on my Slido Account, will I be able to export data from slidos created by other users if I was given access to them?

Hello, I would just like to get clarity on my situation. I am currently using the free plan, and invited others to do so, too, as a way to engage participants. They have already created their own slidos using their accounts, and I only requested access for me to help manage them. My question is, if I purchase Engage plan, will I be able to export data from their slidos? Thank you!

In this free membership I created some polls in powerpoint.Some days later I got to know, that my organization (Heilbronn university, Germany) has an organizational account.So now I need to know how to transfer the existing polls in powerpoint (pptx) from one account (organization) to another account (organization).Thanks a lotWolfgang 

Using PowerPoint, how can I add a hard break in a Slido slide? Currently, when I hit enter, Slido ignores the line break and puts all the information in one paragraph.

We have created a poll on slido for WebEx and two anonymous users responded with the following problem:using this slido poll https://app.sli.do/event/7QDPe2Z765MxyyQ8wdYYPJ after submitting the poll, an error occurred and submit failed. the user could not proceed and saw in one form field (e.g. 17/41) the answers from other anonymous users in image below, only the red frame was the response from the user. the rest was not his/her content!! two users reported that problem on the same day (27.10.2023 between 0800-1200 CET)That does not sound right and is a vulnerability/privacy concern. Please help us understand what caused such a malfunction and is this a known limitation of slido?ThanksChristian

If I ask a multiple choice question at the beginning of my ppt presentation and then want to see if people changed their answer after the presentation, can I just copy and paste the original slido polling slide into the end of my presentation or do I need to recreate a new slido multiple choice slide using the same question? For the 2nd use of my question, I do not want to have the responses from the first time I asked it carry over.

Hi Community,could it be that the Teams integration is broken? When selecting "sharing" (freigeben in German), it opens a separate window, not integrated into the Teams meeting. What's more concerning is that the content displayed is my admin view, not the presentation view, which is quite frustrating during a live meeting. Just last week, it functioned perfectly.I already contacted Slido via contact form.Maybe someone else is facing this problem.It looks like this.Slido Teams App Version: 3.4.0 

We have a multi-day event coming up. We are using a single, consolidated PowerPoint slide deck that will be used by all speakers. Several of the speakers have asked for their own Slido Q&A Session. Using the PowerPoint plugin for Slido I inserted the first of three slidos in the slide deck but when I went to add the next one it told me that by switching to the second slido it affected the one already in place. I tested it by inserting slido #1 on the first slide and then switching to slido #2 and then going back to the the #1 slide. The #1 slide was now pointed at the #2 slido. Is there a way to handle this?

Does anyone know what this message means in slido terms?  Was doing a normal presentation with some slido plugins on a local powerpoint presentation and this essentially entire page showed up. 

Dear Team,I have used slido once before and found its integration into ppt excellent. Now, 7 months later, I want to use slide again, this time with three multiple choice questions and one word cloud, but cannot even chose the multiple choice. I am using the same ppt I had used in spring. Can you tell me, whether I can integrate the above mentioned in the fee plan? Best, Sophie 

For smoother transition between Powerpoint slides and Slido questions, I have found that it is best to set the Transition on your Slido slides, to none rather than fade or anything else.  Otherwise you will see the Slido placeholder first before Slido loads the question webpage because that operation does not occur until the powerpoint transition is complete.

Hello guys, I have a technical problem logging in to Slido.com using my WebEx account. Since the 07/16/2025, the login is running on an error or the login and authorization process is repeated in a continuous loop without entering the Slido environment. The browser is Windows Edge and Windows 11 version is installed on the laptop. I have also tried to restart the laptop and clear the cache. All without success.Does anyone have an idea what this might be because of?Thanks a lot and many greetings!
