Following system upgrades on my device I can no longer integrate Slido into Powerpoint. I have followed all instructions to re-install it. Slido is now installed on my laptop and the relevant permissions granted by my organisation, but despite re-loading Powerpoint it is not there to add in. Any advice on how I get it to integrate please? Thanks

Hello,I have sucessfully downloaded Slido in my Windows. However, it appears as a red exclmation mark on the icon. When I try to login, it opens my browser asking me to login. When I click on my account and login in browser, the window in PowerPoint returns to ask me to sign in. Windows and Microsoft 365 are up-to-date. Tried different browser and restart the app & desktop.Thank you very much if anyone can help.

Hi,I recently installed Windows 11 on my computer, and since then, I get this message bellow when I open Slido in Power Point. It’s on every slide . Can you pls help me with a solution, what needs to be installed and how? Thank you

I am doing a presentation with Google slides and the Slido slides are embedded into the presentation. I click present with Slido, but during the presentation, only the joining slide comes up every time a Slido interaction should appear. As a participant, I get the message that there is no live interaction at the moment. 

Hi there! I have the chrome extension, I am logged in, but I do not have an option for Present with Slido.  My green bar on the right only says Present.  The drop down from Present says Present from beginning or Present from current slide.  No matter which option I choose the QR code and link never appear.  When I run the presentation the slido google slide has my poll question and at the bottom it says click present with slido or install our chrome extension to activate this poll while presenting.

In PowerPoint when I open up the Slido sidebar, I’m getting a message that i don’t have access to this slido and to request access from the slido owner. What could be going on?

I have added a slido to my powerpoint, and realised it was the wrong one from my list of slidos….how do I change it?I have searched the settings and cannot find the option.

Why is Slido PowerPoint integration telling me I don't have access to my slido?  It is telling me I need to switch accounts or request access.

Hello everyone,When using slido in Powerpoint (under Win 10) I get an error message as shown in the picture when inserting slides.At the bottom it says in red letters: "Oops! Something went wrong."All I can do is click "Okay". If I then want to insert the slide again, the error message comes up again.The only thing that helps is that I close Powerpoint, reload the presentation and then recreate the slide. But that's pretty annoying! I can't always close the entire presentation and restart it to insert new slides.What could be the reason?Thank you for your help!Best regards, buze

Hello,I'm just try to build a 5-question-quiz using my Slido professional plan and I'm stuck: I can display the leaderboard after each question. Now I'm looking for a leaderboard that covers all questions to determine which participant answered the most questions correctly, because I want to make they win a prize at the end. I have several presentations which include Slidos. the add-in Slido stopped working correctly. I sent a mail with the details.Would it be possible that someone from Slido support contact me privately?Thanks in advance

I am getting an error “authorization is required to perform that action” while working on my windows PC. I have loaded Slido and am using Google Slides. When I try and open up Slido within my  Google slides under extensions I get the error that authorization is required to perform that action

We would like to silent install Slido for Powerpoint on macOS and without being prompted for an admin password. We use Jamf to deploy the app, I followed the instructions to silent install, used the command but as soon as the user launches the app, it prompts for admin password. Please let me know if there is a way to suppress it or bypass it. The admin prompt says that ‘Slido wants to make changes. Enter admin password.’

Can we add a multiple choice question from Slido and integrate it in Powerpoint and use it offline? 

Hi,I’m planning to use Slido for my events and had a question about poll results visibility.When testing, I noticed that I can see the aggregate results of a poll, but I’m having trouble identifying who selected which option. We’re exploring using slido within our company, we do training sessions using powerpoints. We have template powerpoints, multiple people present using the same document. Would this be possible with slido? Also a secondary question, if the template powerpoint features slides that an audience interacts with (Q&A, poll, etc.) how would it be reset to default when the presentation is finished? Would the perosn using the document at the time need to wipe the answers every time?
