I'm trying to set up a public screen at our event to show live results from multiple quizzes. Since I won't be manually advancing the slides, I need to find a way to make the presentation auto-advance.For example, I want to display live results and leaderboards for Quizzes A, B, and C. They are under the same session. Each quiz has three questions. I'd like to show the live results and leaderboard after each quiz. I want the slides to auto-play and loop until the event ends.I've tried using Slido's Google Slides integration, but it's not working as expected. It keeps going back and forth between the 'Join the quiz' screen and the first question of Quiz A. The Slido player doesn't seem to have an autoplay or loop feature. I have to manually start the presentation over each time. Is there a way to fix this?

I have embedded several polls in PPT using integrated Slido. Is there a way not to have to manually activate each poll using a separate device while presenting the PPT?

I want to add some verbiage on the slide that has the QR code for folks to ask questions, but everything I’ve tried does not work.  Is this even possible?

Hello. I’ve seen Slido fail during live presentations and I don’t know why. But I figured I’m going to take a leap of faith and try it during two presentations next month. My question … can I still use Mac power point Presenter mode and have the slides work? I like to be able to see my notes if needed when I present. Any other advice for how to utilize the software without it quitting? For example, do all participants need to be on same wifi or can they use a mix of cell data and wifi? Just trying to stack the odds in my favor for this working. 

I would like to manage the poll from slido for power point, but when i put the slide with the poll (word cloud) after a determined time, the presentation goes to the following slides, even though i don’t touch the mouse to switch the slide. how can I handle this and remove this, that looks like a timer?I would like to stay on the slide with the results of the poll also 5 or 10 minutes in order to comment the results and I don’t want to go to the next slides after few seconds. Many thanksSimona

Dear Community,I am trying to create a poll in a Powerpoint presentation for work, but there is an exclamation mark by the Slido logo and it says that the presentation is linked to another account. This seems to be a Microsoft ac.uk account I have with a university (where I sit on a committee), but that is not my primary place of work. I am trying to log into Slido with my .ac.uk account so I can log out of it, but it won’t accept my password. I click on ‘forgot password’ but no reset link arrives ( I am checking my spam folder in my Microsoft email account). The Powerpoint is provided for me by my employer on a work laptop, and I can log in and out of Slido at slido.com no problem with my work email (Google), but I cannot shift this association with the Microsoft account or log out of it. Hello, Slido is working great except for one issue. I get to a Slido Slide and wait for it to be populated and that works great, but when I try to advance past the slide it doesn’t do anything. Then when I click a second time, it moves, but goes two slides forward. This is happening on both of my windows laptops. I’m running Windows 10, PowerPoint 2019. Any help would be appreciated..

I am using Slido for Powerpoint on a Mac.  All good, but I am trying to figure out how to hide poll results to begin with, and when I am ready, reveal the results without exiting the presentation?  

My sidebar is blank.I’ve tried to uninstall, reboot, reinstall.When I try to repair, I get this error (while it is “Processing: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8”):I have also updated to SlidoSetup_v1.12.0.5522, tried reinstalling .net 4.8, and my IT said that they don’t have the “Attack surface reduction policy” enabled.Any other suggestions?

Hi there. We use Slido polling and Q&A during our Webex meetings. When using Webex breakout rooms, we’ve encountered an issue where the Slido sidebar disappears for participants after returning from breakout rooms. Is there a way to keep Slido visible throughout the meeting? Thanks

Hi, Do all attendees need to have the app policy to use Slido in Teams enabled for the integration in meetings to work or only the organizer?

Hi Community,could it be that the Teams integration is broken? When selecting "sharing" (freigeben in German), it opens a separate window, not integrated into the Teams meeting. What's more concerning is that the content displayed is my admin view, not the presentation view, which is quite frustrating during a live meeting. Just last week, it functioned perfectly.I already contacted Slido via contact form.Maybe someone else is facing this problem.It looks like this.Slido Teams App Version: 3.4.0 

When I login in the Slido sidebar it goes to the webbrowser. I login, and it says You're now logged in!Please open PowerPoint to continue there.But nothing happens in Powerpoint, or the slido sidebar. It keeps saying “Welcome to Slido, login”

Does anyone know what this message means in slido terms?  Was doing a normal presentation with some slido plugins on a local powerpoint presentation and this essentially entire page showed up.

When I run ppt in presenter mode, I can see the Slido placeholder, but there is no way to activate the poll.  If I “present” from the Slido integration to start the poll, I cannot see my presenter notes while presenting.  How can I work around this? 

Had a Slido malfunction during a stakeholder meeting where we were trying to survey people in the room through our PPT that was connected to a laptop and sharing that screen on the projector. The questions I created for the survey were suddenly all out of order as our project manager went through - and some people said they could not even progress past the initial question on their phones. I did a run through with a colleague days before on the ppt using our mobile devices with no issues, questions were in order. And the order mattered.What could’ve caused this? I’ve never had this issue using slido before - we had to quickly switch to an analog solution where I asked the questions and wrote everyone’s answers down on a giant sticky pad. Not ideal.  Thank you in advance. 

A few months back, I heard there were plans to build a Slido integration for Prezi.It appears its not there yet, but was wondering if there are any work-around integrations to build it in yet.Thanks in Advance for any help.Tony

I am trying to package this application for multiple users silently without launching slido.app and the add-in doesn't install. Tried copying the user content add-in files but it gives permission error for other users. is there a way to package this for multiple users silently without launching the application?

I've updated the Slido app and walked through all the steps and it seems like it’s installed the update, but when I re-open Powerpoint Slido keeps referencing that I need to update Slido. My internal IT says it’s not an issue on their side as it’s allowing me to update essentially without being blocked by IT admin rights. Please help!

We had a conference in which the final quiz competition was conducted using Slido Quiz. During the quiz, we did not allow the participants to know if their answers were correct/ incorrect by double clicking and moving on to the next question in each round.After the quiz, we got the leaderboard too and announced the top 5 winners. Then, the faculty began to discuss answers to the questions with the participants. Mid-way in between, one of the staff, closed the presentation from the presenter’s laptop but then as the participants wanted to be able to see their questions and answers on Slido, the quiz was left active again by pressing ‘yes’ in the pop-up box that asked whether we wanted to leave the quiz open (active) or not. After this reactivation and completion of the answer discussion, one of the participants came and showed that 2 questions in which she had marked the correct answers were marked as wrong by Slido in her ‘View my answers’ section.
