Is it possible to display the question first and then phase in the answers or display the answers on a second slide?

No, at the moment you can only display the question and the quiz options at the same time. However, you could insert a slide with the question just before the Slido slide as a workaround.
Displaying the question and results separately is possible with an open text or a word cloud poll if you select ‘Show results on click’. But of course, these polls don’t have options participants can select.
