As a corporate webex user Slido is free to access. Is there a limit or cap on the number of users from our company that can use slido this way

This depends on each users account within the Webex Control Hub and also the Slido settings within the CH.
Full Admin can create specific User Groups to allow Slido usage for specific Users within those groups, or they can allow Slido access for All Users in the CH. As long as a User is added to the CH for the Webex org and they specifically have access enabled to Slido for them they will be able to use Slido in Webex Meetings and also as a standalone solution.
