Hi, I’ve created a quiz and when testing the QR code it takes me to a page reading “there are no active polls at the moment”. The quiz is active and it works when using the Present button. But I would like to insert the QR code on a presentation deck and doesn’t seem to be working. Ideas? thank you.

Could you write into our Care team at support@slido.com with the Slido code for which you’re testing?
Once the Quiz is active and you join as a participant you should see a prompt to “Join the Quiz” but if its showing no active polls then we would want to check this.
