Can I collect suggestions AND then proceed to vote?

Hi 

We’re looking for a tool that will hekp facilitate a workshop in the following phases (or similar):

1. Crowd-source a list of suggestions (or ideas etc) from participants in a free text format (either “Word cloud” or “Open text”),
2. Then progress to a voting stage based on the crowd-sourced entries.

So we democratise the ideas (rather than the host/chairperson prescribing them) and then move onto a voting phase.

I can kind of see the “Word cloud” doing this, but asking participants to manually type the same words that they see on the board in order to vote for it seems a little long-winded and less intuitive.

Any ideas?
