Hi there, Usually I am using SLIDO for google slides in my windows laptop and it runs smoothly. Now I am using Macbook but SLIDO side bar still blank, although I have refresh it and waiting for minutes. I have tried to install SLIDO Integration but it also failed. How can I solve this? Thank you

Hello,I have a requirement for a quiz, I think a survey would be best. Here is what I need:A self-paced quiz for 100 people. 100 questions, with 2 rounds of 50 questions. They will need to access only the 1st 50, then have a break. Then they will answer the 2nd 50. We don’t want the players to know their score after the first round. Easily identify a winner after all 100 questions have been answered. All questions will be multiple choice with 5 options. Can images be added to multiple-choice questions?Can a survey do this? I only have a basic plan so I cannot test. Thank you in advance- Adam

Hi, I can’t find a way to use a poll in several slido activities. I can duplicate them, but then I have the same polls in the same active. That doesn`t help.Or is it possible to move a poll from one active to another one?

I am testing a multiple choice question in a poll. I have embedded via an iframe into Articulate Rise - no issues there. When the current user selects a response, they are shown the results page, but it doesn’t include their response. On refreshing the page their response is included in the results. Has anyone come across this issue before or have a solution?

Following system upgrades on my device I can no longer integrate Slido into Powerpoint. I have followed all instructions to re-install it. Slido is now installed on my laptop and the relevant permissions granted by my organisation, but despite re-loading Powerpoint it is not there to add in. Any advice on how I get it to integrate please? Thanks
What does the error message mean User cannot be invited to your organisation as they are a member of another SAML organisation I need to add then to host the slido and an setting this up on their behalf.

I am a teacher at UNCW and bought Slido premium to take attendance in my class of 150 students. I need to add 150 students, by name, to my multiple choice slide. However, my Slido slide will not allow me to add any more than 20 “options” in my multiple choice poll. How do I increase the number of options to 150?
Is there a way to have different settings for different slides - for example to have one slide which shows results on a click while another shows them immediately? My google slides doesn’t seem to be letting me do this.
I am new to slido. Also I am having trouble integrating slido with powerpoint. So I am trying to see if I can do the entire quiz on slido without integrating it with powerpoint. I am looking for suggestions/ideas to set up a slido quiz to do the following. ThanksSetup a slido quiz with 40 questions organized as 4 rounds (Rounds 1-4) with 10 questions in each round. Intersperse the 4 Quiz rounds with some info/instructional messages (Example: “This brings us to the end of roundXX. The next round is on music. First, you will hear a short sound clip followed by a question related to the sound clip. You will then answer the question using slido”) After each round, I want to display the leaderboard to show the participant rankings in that round. At the end of the 4th round, after the 4th round leaderboard has been presented, I want to present the “Cumulative” leaderboard factoring in all 4 rounds to present the top 3 winners
Hi!I am wondering when you will implement the feature of seeing the replies to a given Q&A question also from Presentation Mode (here mentioned as part of the feature, not a bug).While Replies to other’s questions is a nice (paid!) feature to keep audience engaged on other’s questions, I think it’s ESSENTIAL to have the host to see those replies also when presenting full screen.The limit could be overcome by having an additional tab with a regular participant interface but it seems to me a bug that the host of the meeting has less info than a regular participant.Thanks for your prompt answer and consideration of unlocking/implementing this missing part of the Q&A replies feature.Simone

If not, please see this version. It’s always smart to test your Slido polls and Q&A before your event or meeting. And whenever you’re ready, you can reset your poll results and delete your testing questions to start fresh. In case you want to activate the same poll or quiz twice, there's no need to create a new one from scratch. Simply reset the results and have your participants cast their votes again. Users in mainland China have reported issues with Slido’s participant mode since mid-December. Since then, our team has investigated the situation in collaboration with our infrastructure host (AWS). We’ve confirmed that no recent configuration changes on our end could have caused this behavior – and it appears the root cause is related to a block from China’s mobile carriers. We have limited influence over the network environment in China, but we are doing everything within our power to address the issue alongside our AWS partners. It has been reported that most people are able to access Slido using company networks and that the issue is mostly related to local networks. While we explore on our side, it may also be beneficial to reach out to your mobile provider directly to request assistance The use of company networks is the best recommendation we can provide at this time, but we will provide updates here as we have them.
