How can I confirm if my organization has a data retention policy set up?

What do participants see if they’re trying to access a slido, but we have already reached the participant limit?I’m looking to purchase a one-time plan for an event with an audience of around ~1000 people, so the Professional plan would be a good fit. However I’m concerned about maxing out and having people locked out the slido.Thanks!

What does it mean “My current plan” is "Webex”, compared to regular Slido pricing plans and what are the limitations? I am not able to find any definition for this.  

When attempting to create a Slido quiz in PowerPoint, I can’t connect the questions under one quiz leaderboard.  Rather it appears that each slide is an independent quiz.  I also tried to add quiz questions through Slido.com, but could not get the questions to load when launching slido through PPT. Is it possible to create and run a quiz with leaderboarding in PowerPoint, or do you have to run the online version?

Hi there,we have company license (3+1 users / 1 left) and a single person in single professional license (2 users). We just migrated the enterprise license to SSO&SAML. How can we move a user from the professional license to the company license? Will they loose their data? Can, during transition, the same username exists twice in Slido?Kind RegardsBefrt Oberholz

I am attempting to configure participant SSO via Okta. I already have Member SSO in place however, the documentation is suggesting that in order for participants to log in and ask questions they must use the separate integration.  There is no pre-built Okta integration for Participants so I’d like to know what I need to enter for the following:  Single sign-on URL  Audience URI (SP Entity ID) Secondary to the above question, is there an option to leverage the existing IDP connection used for Members to allow participant login?

I’m using the powerpoint plugin to insert a few poll questions from a single Slido.  I want to hide the answers until the audience completes their answers, then reveal what they said.  This is working fine for stack ranking and multiple choice questions.  But it doesn’t work for the open text question...as soon as someone answers it appears in the powerpoint show.  I keep checking the Hide Results option but can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas?  Thanks!!

Whenever you add a new Slido interaction to your presentation – whether it’s a poll, quiz, audience Q&A, or joining instructions – a new slide is added. If you wish to export the list of participants who joined your slido, you can do so in the Analytics tab. Available in any paid plan This is especially useful if you require your audience to enter their name and/or email address when joining your slido. Otherwise, the export will display Anonymous values. The list includes every person who joined your slido - including those who didn’t interact with it. To get the list of joined participants:Open your slido session  Open the Analytics tab Select Export next to Share Analytics and Download export Choose Joined participants from the pop-up  The export file will look something like this :  To ensure optimal performance of Slido, there’s a limit of 5000 joined participants for your event analytics to load and for you to export the list yourself. Hello,I’m new to Slido and have held two in-person events where I ran into the same problem. I added the QR code to my paper agendas, as well as my welcome slide in PowerPoint, urging attendees to answer the first question as they got settled in their seats. Throughout my morning prep time, I noticed the first question seemed to “time out” or go inactive. I made sure I engaged/activated the question about 30 minutes prior to the event start time but had to do that several times. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! 

I have 53 students and I want them to take a quiz like a quiz.  At their own pace.  How can I assign them to take the quiz and not have to wait on the questions? 

Hi, I want to use a team assessment that rates responses - 1 = Rarely, 2 = Sometimes, 3 = Usually.  There are 15 statements responses are analysed by groups i.e 4, 6, 12. Total…….1, 7, 10  Total…...3,8,13.   Total…….Is there a way of presenting totals like this across multiple polls?

Has anyone been able to compare the results of one poll with those of another? For example, I want to collect the audience’s political affiliations in the first poll. Then, I want to ask them to select their top two values from a list. Then I want to show the percentages of Democrats, Republicans, and Independents who selected x value, y value, etc. I thought it would be possible in analytics, but I don’t see an option to break down the results or to filter.Thanks!

I am preparing two presentations happening in the same week that I will not be attending.  My colleague will be managing/presenting these on his laptop.  I’m now discovering that he cannot be cohost to two presentations at the same time.  If we purchase a second Engage license for him will that suffice?  If not, what do we need to do to allow this to work?

I am trying to run the same poll question - with a word cloud result - in 10 different slido rooms at the same time. I want to give teachers each the link and QR code and they can share it with the different classes. I am having trouble having more than one poll room active at the same time. I would also ideally like each class (Slido room) to have a unique QR code/link to minimize the chance that participants accidentally pick the wrong one. Help appreciated!

Hi, I can’t find a way to use a poll in several different slidos. I can duplicate them, but then I just have two polls in the same slido and that doesn`t help me.What can I do?
