How do you deal with silence when you’re facilitating meetings? Do you talk over it, ask others to speak, or just pray for it to be over? 
We’ve found that people often ask us to add music to polls because of this exact reason. It’s totally understandable - facilitating meetings is daunting enough on its own, let alone if you are running a hybrid meeting where silence is common.
