I have a user that had created a free account and then joined our licensed account.  This user has used the same email address for both.  He has an option when signed into slido.com to change between accounts.  Is there an easy way to delete the free account?

I would advice asking this user to approach our Customer Care team at support@slido.com. We could then remove this person from their own organisation so they are left only in the upgraded one. 

There is also an option to delete themselves on their own but it would also remove them from your paid organisation and you would have to invite them again. It would also remove the user from their Slidos:
