I am new to Slido and used it for the first time this week - thank you, it’s great.
I need to keep the survey active until Feb 2nd 2024 and when I embed the QR code or the direct link into our follow up email for participants to complete, it does not move beyond the first question.
Can you help please?
I need to get this email out ASAP so your swift response would be greatly appreciated.

If you copy the direct link to the Survey you can send it out to your participants to respond to. If you are sharing the QR code, you need to be sure the Survey itself is activated as it will only display the poll that is currently active when they join the event.
You can only have 1 poll active in an event at a time unless they are merged into a Survey.
