cannot download data

Could you check if it is a newly created Slido or if its an older Slido you created before you upgraded your account?

Occasionally older Slidos wont upgrade when you purchase a plan. If you could send an email to support@slido.com with the Slido code details they can check if it was upgraded and can adjust it for you.
