HI My

Colleague upgraded one of our events to proffessional to allow us to moderate. 

All the other slidos which are currently active  on our account have also been turned into professional and now they are unable to be duplicated. Why is professional removing the capability to duplicate ??

It looks like your colleague was in touch with our Customer Care team, could you reach out to your colleague to be sure everything is worked out and their account has been updated correctly?

You can duplicate any Slido on your own account, and upgrading does not remove the ability to duplicate a Slido.
