How do I upgrade my events after purchasing the Professional plan?

I’ve recently started using slido and created events prior to purchasing the upgrade to professional, i thought that this would automatically upgrade all future events but it doesn’t appear to be working, when i’ve tried to upgrade them individually I get the prompt to purchase another upgrade, I’ve already purchased an annual upgrade, please can anyone help?

Hi Angela,

Unfortunately, upgrading your account will only upgrade your future events, meaning only events created after the purchase.

However, by simply duplicating the events created before your purchase will automatically upgrade them to your new plan. 

If it’s still not working, even after duplicating your old events, please email us at and we can help you out.
