I have upgraded my plan (one-time Engage plan) and have been charged . Yet each time I try to add a poll. I am being asked to pay again …. 

 

Any suggestions?

can you please contact our Customer Care team via support@slido.com ? Sometimes the upgrade is applied to a different Slido if you upgraded from a different Slido session. Or sometimes customer accidentally delete the upgraded Slido session. Our team should be able to re-apply your one-time upgrade.
