Is our data stored in our account after the license expires?

Do I keep all my Slido events and configuration if I renew after the license expired?

Hi @Adolfo,

Thanks for using Slido and being interested in renewing your license. Yes, your events and data will still be accessible even if you renew once the license's expired.

The only thing is that while you won’t have an active subscription, the newly created events during that time will be created under the free Basic plan (with its limited features). But you’ll still be able to see the previously created events under your plan and, once you renew, you’ll be able to continue using your account as you’re used to. :)
