If you mean is it possible to time how long each participant it takes to respond to a poll this is not possible in Slido. 

When you export your “poll results per participant” it will tell you the time at which the response was submitted but not how long it took. If you can write down what time you activate the poll then you could manually see how long it took each person to submit their responses.

With the Quiz feature you can set a timer so participants can only submit their response while the timer is going, once it ends they cannot submit a response.
