Hi ​@NC5! If more than one answer is selected as the “correct answer” in a Quiz, then the participant would have to select all of the correct options in order for their answer to count as correct and to earn a point in the Quiz. 

If a participant selects one correct answer but misses the other correct answers, they will see the message “Sorry, you missed a correct option” once the results are displayed by the host (see screenshot). They will then be awarded 0 points for that question.
