Hi,

I purchased a one-time plan. my event will start at 2nd March. I created the Slido Event but i don’t understand how can i assign my plan to this event. I know that this plan expire in a week but how can i use it in this specific week (2-8 March)?

the upgrade is applied automatically to the event from which you did the upgrade. In case you would like to apply it to a different one you can reach out to support@slido.com who can change the upgrade for you.

The event dates can be set for the future. The 7 day limitation means that the event dates cannot last longer than 7 days but these dates can be set up in the future and you can prepare and test in advance.
