I recently purchased a one-time Professional Plan for an event on December 13, and today is December 5, which is more than 7 days before the event.
However, it appears that a Slido I was previously working on under the Basic Plan has already been activated with the Professional Plan.
If I change the duration of this Slido to a single day, specifically December 13, will I still be able to use it under the Professional Plan conditions? I need access to the polling feature, and the expected number of participants is between 700 and 1,000. Or should I delete this Slido and create a new one? If I do, will the Professional Plan apply to the new Slido?
Additionally, I need to download the QR code in advance for printing. Will this be possible as well?
