I recently purchased a one-time Professional Plan for an event on December 13, and today is December 5, which is more than 7 days before the event.

However, it appears that a Slido I was previously working on under the Basic Plan has already been activated with the Professional Plan.

If I change the duration of this Slido to a single day, specifically December 13, will I still be able to use it under the Professional Plan conditions? I need access to the polling feature, and the expected number of participants is between 700 and 1,000. Or should I delete this Slido and create a new one? If I do, will the Professional Plan apply to the new Slido?

Additionally, I need to download the QR code in advance for printing. Will this be possible as well?

I have replied to your question in a different space on community. But just to make sure I would advice you to reach our support@slido.com team as they can check your account and do any changes in case you would need that. 

Please let them know which Slido code you would like to use and print that QR code that belongs to that particular Slido as the QR code is unique.
