When I click … > Transfer > and enter the new email of the account I would like to transfer my Slidos to, it says “No Users Found.” This new account was created this morning.

Can someone please tell me how long it takes to refresh their users list? My account is about to expire, so I need to resolve this by tomorrow.

Michal from Slido here, I hope you are having a nice day.

You can only transfer Slidos to a person who is a paid member of your license. Instead of transferring specific Slidos, sharing guest access with the right people.

If you still need to transfer Slidos outside your license, we can do it for you at support@slido.com.
