We are running a department event and the first question asks each participant which section they belong to. We would then like to see the results of the following polls based on this first answer. Is this function available in slido? We have used it previously when using mentimeter

At the moment, there is no direct way of doing this. You could set up a poll that asks which team a participant belongs to, then export the results after the event and filter answers in Excel.
Alternatively, you could set up a room for each team and ask participants to only vote in their room. You would then be able to show how results differ in each team live.
