This is a great idea! We don’t have this feature available for our open text polls, only for our audience Q&A feature and will definitely share with our product team for future developments. 

With the word cloud, your participants will still need to type the word(s) they would like to use and if another participant entered the same response, then that will come up as a suggested answer. 

With the ranking poll, the “other” option sounds great to get more feedback from customers, but we don’t have that option either available.

As a workaround and depending on your slido set up, you can either:

• use our survey feature and have two poll questions, one will be your ranking poll with your options including other and then for your second poll question, you can use an open text poll and create the poll question “ If you answered “other” in question 1, please can you share more info below or,
• you can use a ranking poll, followed by an open text question.
