I recently purchased the one-time $60 plan for an event I’m hosting on Tuesday February 6, 2024. When creating my Slido polls in my presentation however, I notice am still to three polls. I thought I was allowed unlimited polling for this single event? How does that work?

When you purchase a One-Time Plan, it will be automatically applied to the first new Slido you create after the upgrade, or you can apply it to an existing Slido by clicking the “Upgrade” option in the top left corner of the Slido, you will see a message that you have a purchased plan and if you’d like to apply it to there.
