Word cloud is not showing responses

I have created a Word cloud in PPT but the responses are not showing up as they are submitted. I have to forward the slide and then go back in order for the words to populate. When submitting words on my phone, they occasionally do not populate the Word cloud. I am running the PPT from my desktop. Why is this happening? I have cleared the Word cloud in the app and viewed the settings, but it is still not working properly. Please advise.

New to Slido - Question on presenter mode

Hello. I’ve seen Slido fail during live presentations and I don’t know why. But I figured I’m going to take a leap of faith and try it during two presentations next month. My question … can I still use Mac power point Presenter mode and have the slides work? I like to be able to see my notes if needed when I present. Any other advice for how to utilize the software without it quitting? For example, do all participants need to be on same wifi or can they use a mix of cell data and wifi? Just trying to stack the odds in my favor for this working.

Picked wrong slido with no access in PowerPoint

Hi,I picked a slido for a PowerPoint presentation and it turned out to be the wrong one. I don’t have access to the slido I selected. Poll results keep flipping to "hidden" instead of "visible", multiple choice options take up far too much space

Two major issues with Slido for PowerPointAll of my multiple choice polls are set to Visible Immediately and not Hidden (i.e. on click). For no discernable reason these keep randomly changing to Hidden. I have set it on both the Slido website for the poll and within the PowerPoint plugin. Still, it randomly flips back to Hidden. Slido support: This is a bug and it is extremely annoying. The answer option text on multiple choice has way too much unnecessary spacing resulting in options being cut off (requiring scrolling). With a question you can only have three options visible with results.This only happens in 16:9 ratio slides. If you use 4:3 slide ratio, it’s formatted and resized much better, easily shows 5, probably could do 6 or 7 if you had short text. Slido support: this needs to be fixed in 16:9. No reason for all the unnecessary space. My last issue is there is no control over font size or style. Why? Needs to be implemented. The zoom feature on the web-based poll is not possib

Presentation mode - leave questions open while running to next slide?

Hi, I was wondering if the following is possible, but can’t find anything. I want to run a poll during a presentation. However, once I go to a next slide, I want to keep the question open. I always have 1 “normal” slide and 1 polling slide. Is it possible that users can actually go back, once the new question is automatically displayed, but they want to keep adding their answer(s) to the prior question? Thank you!

Archived Results

I have integrated questions and a poll into PowerPoint. The same PowerPoint will be shown to three different groups of people, one after another. If I reset the slido, will I lose all data or will it be archived somewhere? Or do I need to download data after each session, then reset, to get a fresh slate for the next group of attendees?

How to avoid automatic activation of the old slidos

When I open a PowerPoint file used in a past lecture, the Slido event linked to that file automatically gets activated. For instance, if I use lecture materials from a year ago as reference materials for this year's lecture, the event frequently gets activated. Please advise me on how to avoid this issue.

PowerPoint Hard Line Break in Slido slide

Using PowerPoint, how can I add a hard break in a Slido slide? Currently, when I hit enter, Slido ignores the line break and puts all the information in one paragraph.

Not able to add new interactions in PowerPoint

I used to be able to create multiple new interactions in PowerPoint. Now, since May of last year, I get an error message saying “Oops, something went wrong!” I have reinstalled Slido yesterday and still happening, making it super klunky and not worth the $240.00 I paid for it.  Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? I have used this tool for years and this is a “new” issue for me.Thank you,EW

Silent installation for multiple users in mac

I am trying to package this application for multiple users silently without launching slido.app and the add-in doesn't install. Tried copying the user content add-in files but it gives permission error for other users. is there a way to package this for multiple users silently without launching the application?

Cannot connect my slido account in my powerpoint

I requested access from the slido owner (which is me) to connect it with my powerpoint presentation, but I never received email to approve this request. So I cannot move on. I tried it already multiple times, still the same result.

How do I change the results presentation to stop Slido from sorting the results by the most popular response?  I want it to stop sorting responses by frequency of response.Thanks!

Integrating slido into Powerpoint

Following system upgrades on my device I can no longer integrate Slido into Powerpoint. I have followed all instructions to re-install it. Slido is now installed on my laptop and the relevant permissions granted by my organisation, but despite re-loading Powerpoint it is not there to add in. Any advice on how I get it to integrate please? Thanks

How to unistall slido app from power point on MAC

Hi, I would like to uninstall slido form power point. I don’t want to use it anymore, and I want it to be totally removed.I tried already to remove it from my App on my computer, but it didn’t delete it from PPT. I don’t want it at all aynmore. How can I do ? Thank you very much

PPT Reset Slido Questions

I have a Slido Questions (Q&A, Word Cloud, MCQ, Open text Q, Rating) PPT lecture that i used last year in a course. I would like to reuse that PPT lecture this year. I do not know how to clear (remove/delete) the answers from last year. I pressed “reset slido” but that did not delet the answers from last year. Can you please provide step by step instructions on how to reset this PPT so that I do not need to redo this work.
